The state of Alaska is not interested in, nor does it allow convicted offenders to apply for having their records expunged or ‘sealed’ under any circumstances outside the fault of the court system. If you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that the basis of charge(s) were based on a lack of evidence, improper processing, or inadequate measures then you may have a chance. Otherwise, charges are permanent, and can still be viewed by the FBI Database, regardless of changing states of residency.
