Colorado

The state of Colorado allows special considerations for ‘sealing’ of records, specifically misdemeanors of certain nature, though the majority are ineligible. However, a special law in Colorado allows the sealing of records involving petty drug possession charges or offenses, via Colorado Statutes § 24-72-308.5 and -308.6.Those that were charged with a crime, but not convicted, are also eligible for record-sealing.
