Per the state of Florida, Florida Statutes § 943.0585 and § 943.059., you are not eligible to have your record sealed for most offenses. In fact, even misdemeanors are limited in capacity for being eligible to be removed or sealed. Those, such as DUI offenses, are ineligible for ever being successfully expunged. However, if you do indeed successfully obtain record-expungement, not even the government can see your expunged charges without a court-order.
