In the state of Missouri you are not eligible, unless the conviction is reversed or mistaken identity is proven, to have your criminal conviction(s) expunged under any circumstances. In fact, the maximum you can achieve in this state in terms of sealing or expungement is to submit a request for expungement of the arrest record-alone. Closure of an arrest record is not guaranteed, and can actually be a quite difficult process in of itself. See Missouri Revised Statutes ยง 610.105 for more information.
