The state of Nebraska is quite strict, and does not entertain any requests or the possibilities of having criminal convictions expunged, nor sealed, in any circumstances outside of reversed convictions or being arrested and not convicted of a crime. Even in those cases in which you do successfully obtain “expungement”, it is not a total guarantee that some prospective employers won’t be able to access said data from entities such as the FBI, nor—of course, prospective employers that are government oriented.
