New Hampshire

In the state of New Hampshire many crime convictions of various classifications may be requested to be ‘annulled’ after a certain period of time post-conviction, typically between three to ten years. Those offenses involving minors are not eligible. A Class A felony however, for example, is eligible for expungement request after ten years. Successful expunging of your criminal convictions in this state are equivalent to them never having happened, and include the opportunity and possibility to remove or destroy your DNA record from the state DNA database.
