New Mexico in particular is very strict, and under most circumstances no convictions of any nature are eligible for expungement, nor sealing. In fact, even arrest records are not eligible for sealing within the courts system alone, let alone public access. Your DNA records may be expunged after one year of some offenses. However, again, your conviction will stand within the database and not be eligible for any action, including sealing. Few legal remedies exist, and legal representation is highly advisable for such attempts.
