Oregon

In the state of Oregon most misdemeanors and Class C felonies are eligible to be “put aside” or face expunction after a three year waiting period. Most violations can also be excused, but you cannot have committed crimes prior to the offense (less than 10 years), nor post offense. You also may only be eligible for such ‘expunction’ if you have met the requirements of the sentencing terms, such as probation or rehabilitation services.
