Wyoming offers some opportunities for record expungement for offenders that have waited at least 5 years in the case of a misdemeanor, and 10 years in the case of very few felony convictions. Weapons, sex, and minors cannot be included in the crimes, nor arson, injury to others, or assault and injury of any public officials. If you successfully achieve a record expungement in the state of Wyoming any and all records, including DNA data will be removed, destroyed, and/or returned to you.
